Crappie were carved on both sides from one piece of wood. Hand painted with acrylic paints. Mounted on a real wood stump with polished rocks.


Rainbow trout, stump and rock base are all carved from one piece of wood. All hand painted and stained. Trout can be carved from as small as 3" up to approximatly 26". They look great as a stand alone item or add them to a rock wall, in a glass case or wall.




This is was designed as a retirement gift for an avid mountain and cross country bike rider. The pattern was made specifically for this project. Carved in cherry and finished with tung oil to show the true beauty of the wood grain. Clock is a 7 day clock.

How much do I charge?

I will work with each customer to give them the best price and lowest price depending on the project wanted. The amount of detail, size, the time to carve and how it is finished all play into the final cost.

No set up fee for most designs. 

If I do not have the carving pattern or if they can not be easily made for your designs no problem. I will work to find a commercial pattern designer (have on made) to meet your requirements.

Trout Carvings: $85 - $120
Simple Carved Signs: $15 - $35
Carved Clocks: $25 - $45
Carved House number signs: $15 and up
